After a long winter stop of four months Black Box is back - every Wednesday will be about deep house, deep tech and more deepness again at Studio 80. Resident Kevin Duane and founder/resident Milan Meyberg will be inviting a new artist every week.
Artists such as ME.N.U., Kimou, WNDWLCKRS and Raphael Carneiro (BR) already got a spot behind the decks, but there are more talented artists on the schedule..

Black Box started as a continuation of Katapult - the party that was a huge success a few years ago and also got the award for 'best new party' in 2008 during the 13th edition of the Golden Gnome awards. Studio 80 has been open for years now on the Wednesday night, but had a long winter stop this year. From April till September Black Box will be back on the Wednesdays with a more experimental and deep sound.

Milan Meyberg once started this project as an intern. He was given the chance to be DJ and resident of the brand new club concept at Studio 80. At the age of 15 he was already introduced to House and Techno, but his sound became more refined and grew into a blend of Deep House and sub-driven grooves. This year he continues being resident of Black Box and is playing at several festivals in Groningen.
Next to Milan Meyberg Studio 80 has a brand new resident, named Kevin Duane. Amsterdam based DJ/producer and label owner of SUBJEKT Recordings is at his best right now; working for Deep House Amsterdam and playing at a lot of festivals this summer. The only 22-year old Kevin has been producing and playing for the past couple of years and is making a rise lately.

Besides the parties in Studio 80, Black Box started the Black Box Sessions in collaboration with Tunemelt and Studiobox Amsterdam. Every 2/3 weeks there will be live streaming sessions where Blackbox residents and guest DJ's are invited to showcase their talent. Fans, supporters, crew members and DJ's are free to join the little party at MuzyQ, but there will also be livestreams on secret locations.
The program of the following two months is already ready and promising. Artists such as Francesco Robustelli, Malbetrieb, Some Chemistry, Jae Sifre, Audiobirdz, RAAF, David Cornelissen, Hubert Kirchner and Tsepo are part of the program and will be playing in the future.
