When art and club culture converge, they create space for electronic music that is profound, smart and timeless.

For the sixth time, Ruhrtriennale – the largest festival for contemporary arts – and The Third Room – an internationally renowned platform for electronic music – join forces as creative voices rooted in the industrial heritage of the Ruhr Region. At the heart of their collaboration is a diverse selection of live performances that reflects a broad cultural mission.

Each evening begins with an ambient concert, offering a meditative opening and setting the tone for a mesmerizing listening experience. Pioneering artists from different styles and generations find together to emphasise the craft and artistry behind their discipline.

Once again, the iconic Jahrhunderthalle Bochum – a venue where industrial history and artistic present intersect – provides the striking backdrop for this two-day weekender on August 29 and 30.
